    Our approach is more akin to the first few stages of an in-house interview process, rather than a traditional recruiter screen. We ensure the people we speak with fully understand your company, your mission, your culture, the role they could be a fit for & why they should be excited. It is incredibly important that we only connect you with people that want to work for your business. Once we know they are interested, we start to probe. We interview them & cover everything needed in the Ideal Candidate Persona, going deep into any areas you (or we) feel are important.

    We do a full write up for you to review when we send a candidate through, that gives more colour than a CV ever could. You and your team go into the interview fully prepped and understanding who you’re meeting with.

  • A transparent & fast moving interview process is vital for candidate experience. We are on hand to help arrange interviews & collate feedback as needed. We remain involved in the process from the point we introduce the candidate all the way through to the day they start, and can even help with constructing the offer & negotiation if needed.
