Meet our founders

ollie jones
  • Ollie is an experienced, early stage, go to market leader who carved out a career building sales and revenue organisations from scratch for early stage SaaS companies.

    Ollie was hire number 1 at ecommerce personalisation startup Yieldify, building and leading the sales organisation from $0 to double digit $m ARR leading to investment rounds from Google Ventures and Softbank Capital. He went on to launch the UK, EMEA and US markets for retail operations SaaS scale up Yoobic before joining Singaporean growth management platform, and Sequoia Capital backed SaaS company, Insider as first UK hire, again to launch and build the UK market from scratch.

    Ollie has designed and implemented the processes, built out the structures and hired the teams to deliver growth consistently across different product categories, target customer segments and international markets. An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded RAMPD to address a real life problem he saw in the recruitment industry and work with more early stage teams looking to disrupt the status quo.

  • Pete is an experienced demand generation & sales leader. He has founded teams at successful startups, such as ExactTarget, where he was one of the early employees in EMEA, scaling the business development function across Europe prior to acquisition, & Yieldify where he led the Business Development, Ops & Sales function, scaling the business to double digit ARR

    Pete also ran large departments in international organisations such as Salesforce, where he ran the European Business Development function, & Cheetah Digital, leading the global Demand Generation & Ops teams in Europe, the U.S. Australia, Japan & India.

    He’s been through acquisitions, divestments & mergers, been the first person on the ground in a new function, designed & implemented processes from scratch and made 100s of hires. All this means Pete understands the pressures on revenue leaders, has tremendous empathy for the challenges faced day to day, and has gained the real world experience needed to know how to get things done!

    We care deeply about ensuring that we leave the planet in good shape so that our kids’ kids can fulfill their dreams. So far we have planted 8071 trees making us a fully carbon neutral company. We endeavour to continue to invest in sustainability wherever we can.
